Anyone got tips for a skincare routine for a guy. Mid-30’s, normal skin (I assume)just need a normal reliable routine. Currently using Aesop cleanser, toner and light moisturiser.

as many folks have suggested, spf is probably THE most important part of any routine and is the easiest way to reduce skin aging. I personally wouldn’t recommend retinol as imo it’s more for advanced use. I would recommend another hydration step (essence or serum), in between your toner and moisturiser.

Thanks so much for the tips. Any particular extra hydration products you would recommend?

All for snail mucin, it's been used for yeeears and I can't believe it took so long to blow up...though I'm glad it did! However, it's important to note that if you're allergic to shellfish or dustmites, using snail mucin may lead to an adverse reaction.

Recs: + Experiment Beauty's Super Saturated (similar texture and feel to the snail mucin, but glycerin is gold for hydration) + TIRTIR SOS Serum ( has polyglutamic acid which is stronger at retaining moisture than HA) + Regimen Lab's Wave Serum (lots o' iterations + science behind the formulation)
