Anyone got tips for a skincare routine for a guy. Mid-30’s, normal skin (I assume)just need a normal reliable routine. Currently using Aesop cleanser, toner and light moisturiser.

Sunscreen is missing from your routine. Optional: retinol (if interested in well-aging)

as many folks have suggested, spf is probably THE most important part of any routine and is the easiest way to reduce skin aging. I personally wouldn’t recommend retinol as imo it’s more for advanced use. I would recommend another hydration step (essence or serum), in between your toner and moisturiser.

was a very similar boat: 1) be consistent 2) start w essentials (cleanse, tone, moisturise, sunblock), add only if needed 3) watch the diet 4) don't cleanse your face too often (once/twice daily= okay)

The one other thing missing is a vitamin c serum every morning… - Add vitamin c and sun protection during day - Add retinol and weekly exfoliation at night - and you’ll be glowing ✨

Yo Sam keep doing what you’re doing, add in an SPF if you haven’t already in the morning. Some great neutral products you can use: Cerave Hydrating Cleanser Kiehls Calendula Toner Weleda Skin Food All really affordable but really good products

1/ AM: + Sunscreen—have recs depending on your skin type + Antioxidants—my rec would be Educated Mess's Golden Hour because it's true L-Ascorbic Acid that's encapsulated in a stabilized delivery system, great for sensitive system and has a super long shelf life.
