Is there a Farcaster "testnet"

Yes, the protocol allows you to broadcast messages for the "testnet" network (ID = 2 https://github.com/farcasterxyz/hub-monorepo/blob/85016761b31f5771420858e478fe470ad2790e6c/packages/core/src/protobufs/generated/message.ts#L192-L193) 

Whether or not people are running hubs on that network is another story. We currently don't run/maintain any testnet hubs (though we have in the past).

Could make a test channel and narrow cast in it(is that still a thing)
