I hope you're mechanical skills and knowledge of customized BMWs that are decades old are up to speed. This looks like a project you own and drive when it's working well.

Avoid it. Says manual swap. That means its probably got some issues man. And those are not cheap to fix

I would say unless you can afford maintenance and repairs..probably not the best buy for what your spending. Unless this thing is mint with a immaculate maintenance record. Check for that.
