- ease in - all startups are unique, question the strategy/founder less b/c personal priors and approach open-minded - don't let go of all the stakeholder management/hustle you did as founder - if technical, don't stop coding - own and be high integrity - beware of professional managers/mindset. don't settle (unless you want to ofc ala FAANG) - honestly man, follow your gut and take it one day at a time
