it's actually vice versa just like anything else, it's the fact that you consume them out of habit that makes them not so special if you're ever coming out of a multi-day fast, or elongated periods of keto/carnivore you'll feel it again (not a challenge)

I don't, specially with cakes or any other dessert. I don't usually need it, sugar doesn't sit well with me, and it reduces my desire to have sex after dinner.

Hard disagree mon frere. I can't eat low quality snacks like nutty bars or any low quality crap anymore but my sweet tooth seems to grow stronger with age... I used to drink a lot of booze though and got really into ice cream and licorice (not at the same time) when I stopped so perhaps I am an exception
