🌶️ take: yoga is overrated. like much of health / medecine it is a cookie cutter solution for all. Instead, everyone should have a “flow” of hyper-personalized combination of stretches and strength exercises that target *specifically* their body weaknesses and ailements, provided by a physiotherapist.

Perhaps! But there is some thing decidedly wonderful about a universal set of sequences (like sun salutations) that can get progressively more challenging, depending on where one is physically and mentally. Self-regulation is a core principle of yoga.
