Consume some bee pollen from local bees. Put it in yogurt or something for easy consumption

Amazon subscription to Allegra, and two a day basically for the rest of my life. I'm allergic to pollen in the bright seasons, and mold in the wet seasons, and dust in the dark seasons. I also did the shots when I was a kid that blunt the allergies somewhat, but Allegra still helps where nothing else seems to.

Long-time allergy sufferer here. My sympathies. I've tried a long list of things. Some people have to experiment for quite awhile before they find what works. The only treatment I've found that gives me extended relief is desloratadine (5 mg/day) + ketotifen eye drops once per day.
