I think we’ll see a bifurcation. Bots will mostly talk to bots (at an extremely high rate), people will mostly talk to people, and once in a while there will be some overlap.

The English language is such a bad API though, why wouldn’t we just use better specified (ie. normal) APIs for bot<>bot interaction?

Like HTTP or websockets? I think there is benefit to having it be public.

Well, over HTTP but using previously specified interfaces Like if I want my personal bot to talk to a bot that's booking airline tickets, I'd rather my personal bot just hit the expedia API You might also be thinking about other use cases that I'm not considering

Right, I’m not talking about Expedia. I mean n to n bot comms. Traditional APIs are to bots as email is to people. Farcaster enables broadcast for both.
