At fist automanufacturers made similar arguments against requiring seatbelts in cars.

1. IDK, probably later I imagine and sooner than you do. In 2020, did you expect us to be here with AI?

2. can we agree this is exponential progress? Estimating those is very error prone. 

3. infosec risks are massive and tangible without being hand wavy. Say a ransomware on 75% of transportation systems globally.

1. What's your sense for how far off that is?

2. What's your sense that anyone has an accurate estimate for how far off that is?

3. Let's say that's achieved — what's the concrete risk?
