The irony of the airdrop meta is that airdrops ostensibly create loyal communities, but their ubiquity has created the opposite incentive - to switch to the next competitor yet to launch a token.

This is exactly what we’re working on: more transparent launches to an incentive aligned community, setting standards for team accountability. Personally I want to see Insider Weighted Vesting Duration > 3 years and Vesting-Adjusted Public Allocation > 40% become the norm.
