What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

This is exactly what we’re working on: more transparent launches to an incentive aligned community, setting standards for team accountability. Personally I want to see Insider Weighted Vesting Duration > 3 years and Vesting-Adjusted Public Allocation > 40% become the norm.
