trudeau said the exact same thing ~9yr ago (“we’re going to make housing affordable!”) and then housing went +100-200% during his tenure

can’t say I have high expectations for Carney’s plan to build 500k new homes per year with net immigration of 2M+ during the same timespan

Yeah. At the end of the day Carney is just another neo liberal I'm not expecting much from him except prudent financial management of the country so we can survive the Trump admin.
