I get the Broccolini, but I always think of Kiwis as a tenderizer rather than a flavor to add to red meat, and I think those are Caramels, which is super interesting. I don't think I've ever seen that kind of preparation, but I guess sweet and savory makes sense.

interesting, never thought of putting kiwis together w broccoli and meat. what's that on the bottom left? like a toffee/something caramel based?
