I get the Broccolini, but I always think of Kiwis as a tenderizer rather than a flavor to add to red meat, and I think those are Caramels, which is super interesting. I don't think I've ever seen that kind of preparation, but I guess sweet and savory makes sense.

Oh, ok. HAHAHA. I was so impressed. Was literally trying to convince myself that maybe caramelizing things like onions means that caramels could work with meat. ✌️ 😂
