The end product: vegan dirty rice.
In traditional dirty rice, the dark color comes from browning chicken liver or gizzards. This one is made with tofu, and ingredients like tamari, thyme, sage, oregano, Worcestershire, onions, garlic, celery, green bell peppers, and a bit of red wine. 🍷
