Almost broke 22 minutes…and almost broke my lungs.

I topped out at a half marathon and that was like 8 years ago. I don’t know if I have the mental fortitude (or the time) to train for an ultra. Those guys (and girls) are built different.

But yeah, I was running pissed off tonight lol
