It was fantastic! I’ve camped before but this was my first time portaging.

We accidentally reserved wooden canoes so they were quite heavy, and there was a substantial amount of bugs, but other than that the views were beautiful, we had the whole lake to ourselves, and we saw tons of animals (incl beavers!)
