Something that significantly improved my insomnia was changing my relationship with sleep. Instead of constantly stressing out I was sleep-deprived, I stopped dwelling on it & letting it consume my next day. This led to way less anxiety around sleep & actually improved it

The anxiety of sleep deprivation creates the sleep deprivation. I set my first alarm 90 mins before I need to wake up so, when I cancel it, it shows over an hour remaining left for me to sleep. Lets me go right back to sleep instead of worrying
