ok high level prios for aether

- give him history (have a good lead here thanks to @wiz) so it knows what has happened
- improve prompting so we get less generic casts and more insights
- connect to other chain things (just paybot for now)

if you have a frame that you think Aether could easily / logically connect to, lmk!

Giving it a history would be super helpful to bounties so it doesn't get confused and create duplicate bounties 🙏

Can I send him some ETH and get him to place a bid on the daily Yellow auction in frame just for fun? He can keep the ETH if he gets outbid. If it’s too much lift though no worries.
