i've been influenced to 

- buy a red light mask
- watch the avicii documentary
- invest in a new brand of socks
- and now im considering buying an apple watch because of /higher

come for the sufficient decentralization, stay for the red light masks and toe spacers

how do you know if you need toe spacers? i’ve been told i have perfect feet and don’t need to fix anything. are they just to correct current issues or something else?

but I wear toe socks for what I think are similar reasons, namely that if you walk/run/hike a lot and your toes rub against one other, they will help keep them separated and comfy.

I try to walk ~ 10k steps/day so I just wear them daily to be safe

i know attia talked about them in his recent book but every time i listened to it i fell asleep and missed so much 😂

it seems like i’d probably have to try them out to see if there’s much benefit before making a judgement
