try these exercises before your next run or big session today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 glute activation 💥 it's crazy the difference that activating your glutes can make especially if you struggle with knee pain! exercises 1. around the clock 2 x 6 taps each side 2. donkey kicks 2 x 10 3. fire hydrant 2 x 10 each side 4. banded glute bridge 2 x 10 5. frog pumps 2 x 10 don't rush it and keep the movements controlled, also i'll be honest i need to do this more as i found it quite challenging 🙈 🎵 Sunday Smackdown - George Matsuo as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions! how are you going to move your body today?
