Need some help framing an experience for my resume – appreciate any thoughts on title & dates! (Context: currently looking for full-time Product roles at early/mid-stage companies) Timeline: - Joined cofounders as an advisor in Sep '22, spent ~10hrs/mo giving feedback on mockups & product vision - Scaled up to "full-time" (no salary) in July '23 to help with GTM: led sales & discovery calls, support & onboarding, and synthesized feedback into a product roadmap - Scaled back down to ~5hrs/mo in Jan'24 as the founders retooled and figured out what was next I've been calling this "Product Advisor (Sep22-Jan24)" but think I could maybe say "Founding Product Manager (July23-Jan24)"? @bountybot $5 USDC for the 5 most helpful replies by the end of the weekend :)

Fractional CPO? Product Lead in residence? TBH seems to be a bad place for nuance as I have found in my latest job searches. The fewer “positions” you have the better, so it good you are combining them.

Your suggested title "Founding Product Manager (July '23 – Jan '24)" is a strong option, especially if you were deeply involved in product management and GTM activities during that period.
