No phone in morning, at least an hour for my brain to buzz and brrr without any extra input or stimulation

Sleeping and waking at the same time! Though it was very little self discipline and more so adjusting to family life. Sleeping at reasonable hours became necessary when I moved in with my wife. Waking up before 7:30am is now mandatory with our 18 month old toddler.
