What are useful or creative cast actions that Bountycaster could implement? A few options:

- create a bounty
- assign bounty to user
- mark user as having completed bounty
- pay user for completing bounty
- pitch in funds to bounty

That would work for me! For example @samuellhuber.eth will mark our (imminent!) Cozycast bounty as "in progress" when a dev gets approved, so some sort of ping to me would be helpful to keep me up to date

Also makes me wonder if some sort of "watcher" functionality on bounties might be useful (like a cc on an email)?
