I was hoping that other clients would build watch functionality since I need this for bounties but maybe we have to do this on our end

That would work for me! For example @samuellhuber.eth will mark our (imminent!) Cozycast bounty as "in progress" when a dev gets approved, so some sort of ping to me would be helpful to keep me up to date

Also makes me wonder if some sort of "watcher" functionality on bounties might be useful (like a cc on an email)?
