Okay I dropped the ball this week but whatever Traveling the next several days so will try out a digital tracker and see how it goes

I suck at meditating consistently too. When I’ve been able to stick to it it’s mostly when I pair it with another habit, ie always first thing in the morning right before coffee

Yeah same, I think I’d like to stack with “right before I open my laptop” Will put a sticky on my laptop and see if that helps
