What helped me: - Breathing exercises: Perform 4 cycles of long inhales and exhales with your mouth. - Listening to funny podcasts. - Using noise-cancelling headphones and an eye mask. Also, If you are too stressed, you need to get out of your head and the best way to do that is to talk to someone :D
