I feel like doing a fun one tonight to lighten the mood a little bit from all the trading. So, do you think humans should focus more on exploring space or fixing the problems we’ve created here on Earth? Or both? For me, I think we can do both and that it is our responsibility as a species to do so. We can do both! But, what do you think?

If we really think deeper on it, the earth doesn’t need saving, only people do. The earth has been here for millennials, seen many eras and ages, i doubt it is us that will destroy it, we will only destroy ourselves, the earth is really just shifting as usual, just like Jamaica drifting to America. Let’s explore space and find something new, we need some unanswered questions.

I think we fix our emotional awareness/generational traumas/systemic issues, then space exploration really has a chance to inspire creative thinking again. there’s so much going wrong it feels like a select few are looking to get off the ride. leaving everyone else to clean up the mess after it’s too late. but I’m also on mushrooms so there’s some great things happening. 🤣🫶

I think both. Unfortunately I don’t think we can stop fighting long enough to accomplish a lot :/

Definitely both, with a priority on focus on earth. Here is food for thought 👇🏼 https://warpcast.com/manuwilliams/0xff9e3c66

I feel like if we don't fix the problems that are causing us to need to find new worlds, then we'll just do the same thing to the new places I'm in favour of staying and sorting out our shit tbh

I'm with you, buddy! I think we can multitask and tackle both. However, let's prioritize the most critical issues first, you know, the low-hanging fruit. Once we've addressed those, we can shift our focus to the rest.

Billions of dollars get spent on space yet we have poverty around the world. I don’t get it.

I think that first we need to sort things out on earth, put everything in order, and only then fully devote time to space🫡

Well in my opinion I feel like we should do both but more attention should be given to fixing our planet because if we don't do that trust me it's gonna get harder to explore space when all the ice caps melt in the poles

Actually, doing both is the best because it's not possible to ignore the problems we created by ourselves and started exploring the earth. if we ignore the problems, we will certainly come back from earth and continue the problems. This is 50/50 answer, we solve the problem and explore the new things.

I agree that the answer isn't found in either extreme. There is room, wisdom, & likely some solid benefit from exploring both ranges. Often people get stuck in a very dualistic view of things, when a 3rd option provides a greater opportunity. But then again, lots of people also just tend to define themselves by what they're against, vs rolling up their sleeves and doing the hard work of walking us forward bit by bit 🫡

Both. To fix the problems here is a no brainer, we just need a place to live. We're still far from any alternative. And even so, I don't think many people would want to live on the Moon or Mars permanently. Explore, of course. We're explorers by nature after all. The worrying thing is that we're too small for such a large Universe. Who knows if we will ever be able to shorten distances? I hope so, btw.

Yes we have created many artificial problems in the world. But it is never possible to eliminate it. Because people's needs never end. The more the demand, the more the problem. It can never be resolved.

That's such a thought-provoking question bro 😅! Personally, I feel like we need to focus on fixing Earth first because it's our home and the foundation for our future..... However, exploring space can also teach us so much and inspire solutions for Earth's problems..... If we can strike a balance between the two, it could lead to amazing breakthroughs for humanity..... What’s your take on how we could achieve that balance?
