A PROMPT :>
For your mind, do not feed it into an AI. Trust me on that.
Easily one of the most beautiful things I read lately.
"I saw a queen, wearing a golden dress, and her dress was covered in eyes, and all the eyes were transparent, as if they were burning flames, and yet they looked like crystals.
The crown on her head had so many crowns stacked upon it, one over another, as many as there were eyes on her dress.
She came toward me with terrifying speed and placed her foot upon my neck, and cried out in a terrible voice, 'DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?'
And I said to her: 'Yes! For a long time, you have caused me much pain and misery. You are the part of my soul capable of reason."

Hard at work in the backstage. 🛠️
For the past two years, I’ve been creating and refining a style where I use particles to mimic moving textures. In this video, there are over 10 million particles that, when connected through curves, flow across 3D surfaces. It's all moving geometry, zero textures. 😁
Until now, I had to rely on rather tedious (and slow) hacks to transfer these simulations from Houdini to Blender. Just the geometry of an animation like this could result in files ranging from 20 to 50GB. A single project eats between 100 and 200Gb of storage. 😅
After a lot of work and time invested, I’ve finally managed to build a more stable, functional, and, most importantly, fast bridge between the two applications, significantly reducing the time I need to go from 0 to 100. At least a 50% in almost every front. That's huge!
Sometimes, the effort is truly worth it. 🖤 5 replies
