@dwr.eth , could you elaborate on why or point to a resource? I get that people here in the comments say OKRs are a distraction from your primary goal — but that sounds like people are just choosing the wrong OKR…

Anyone else who has some thoughts on this, feel free to jump in.

Ok. Got it. So it’s a matter if pace, not working on deliverables per se. What I am thinking about is how to approach 0 to 1 phases. It seems it necessitates a different way to “quantify”
progress… But I might be wrong.

OKRs are too slow. Pre PMF should be measured in weeks not months or a quarter

Maybe give an example of OKR you think would be good and not be gamed and we can try to see if there are flaws. Idk if what you’re talking about exists but you never know!
