@dwr.eth , could you elaborate on why or point to a resource? I get that people here in the comments say OKRs are a distraction from your primary goal — but that sounds like people are just choosing the wrong OKR… Anyone else who has some thoughts on this, feel free to jump in.

OKRs are too slow. Pre PMF should be measured in weeks not months or a quarter

Ok. Got it. So it’s a matter if pace, not working on deliverables per se. What I am thinking about is how to approach 0 to 1 phases. It seems it necessitates a different way to “quantify” progress… But I might be wrong.
