getting back into the swing of things! what do you have after a workout? used to have gold standard whey back in the day, is that still the go-to?

As long as you’re getting enough protein in throughout the day, it doesn’t strictly need to be right after your workout, but I usually do a protein shake anyways because it’s convenient!

If your living in Canada I’d recommend trying ISOGOLD from PVL, more protein per scoop and has a probiotic to help with protein breakdown and gut health, if not in Canada maybe try diesel it blends better the gold standard imo
