Great stuff man. I’m curious to know what approaches you’re taking to #1 — will that be copy work, redesigning the home page, or anything else?

removing features mainly, but also simplifying the copy. we will try to do minimal redesigns (which usually lead to adding stuff), and focus on “cleaning the house”
