removing features mainly, but also simplifying the copy. 

we will try to do minimal redesigns (which usually lead to adding stuff), and focus on “cleaning the house”

Great stuff man. I’m curious to know what approaches you’re taking to #1 — will that be copy work, redesigning the home page, or anything else?

How companies will contact us if they want to offer us a job based on our profile? Debank has a system to contact a wallet via Hi offer which is not free where the price is determined by the account owner. Pay to get in contact is a good solution as it filter a lot of scammers too. So here an example suggestion: Hi offer price 100 $TALENT

we had a messaging system in the past that was a pain to maintain; we learned that people mostly used other channels (twitter, farcaster, linkedin) to DM others 

we are adding twitter, telegram and discord soon as verified channels btw
