siestas and swimming. water is profoundly awesome at cooling, and the simple fix is building apertures into one's building so heat doesn't bleed between spaces as much. but honestly, if one can't operate normally without AC, what's the perspective on wet bulb temp? maybe I'm biased, I've lived in the ME & SW.

I agree we should be designing better for heat But what if you’re a delivery worker in a heat wave? The car can’t be air conditioned?
