If ETH is money and a store of value, why don't L2 DAOs hold any? How can we claim ETH is money to the world when the most "aligned" organizations in our ecosystem don't hold it themselves?

all L2 DAOs should have L1 AMOs with nested intents, they can prescribe alignment even further than validators.

autonomous market operators, e.g. https://github.com/FraxFinance/YieldSpaceAMO/blob/master/src/YieldSpaceAMO.sol but there's also generic EIPs worth exploring, like ERC-7683 point being, eventually we'd want all Ethereum nodes to be personified as Stilgar saying "so it was written"

agree, for the DAOs we work with cross chain is the most common unsolved need we hear about
