what's the minimum KYCAML expected of DUNAs? Are they compatible with private, Turing-complete networks?

Depending on the facts and circumstances of a DAO, there are any number of laws that might require KYC collection. There are also many argument as to why DAOs aren't subject to those requirements. In most cases, use of a DUNA wouldn’t change that.
