Currently Nouns DAO has legal entity (Nouns Foundation) I believe in the Cayman Islands (I'm not familiar with the specifics). Would it make sense for it to consider switching to a DUNA? What would be the process to do so in broad strokes?

what is the relationship between a DAO's DUNA and the ability for its membership/gov asset (eg a token) to accrue value either... a) based on utility-driven demand (eg as a work token), b) due to some kind of ~revenue sharing or dividend, and/or c) due to a buyback & burn scheme

If a corporation is aiming to build progressive decentralized infra. How soon should they start exploring setting up a DUNA for governance of the decentralized aspects of the infra? Could a corporation have full ownership of the assets (tokens) in a DUNA and then gradually spread to protocol participants?

What are the implications for a DUNA'd protocol that accrues more revenue (eg via protocol fee) than it can "reasonably" compensate its contributors with? Is the balance considered profit? Does that violate the DUNA regs?

How do you think about DUNAs with protocols that have tokens but no voting (Liquidity, Morpho)? Do you think it's still required if there is no voting by token?
