What is the simplest, most battle-tested, "cliff contract" available out there? What I want: arbitrary tokens can be sent, and can only be transferred to a predetermined address at a specific block height, irrevocably. Ideally, anyone can push the tokens once cliff is over.

What’s more exciting than even app chains?? Resource chains! Keys Sessions Names Tokens NFTs Credentials etc… If two apps share a resource… then move it into its own chain!
