Where is your guys’ zone 2? Is the Apple Watch accurate?

Yes it’s accurate in measuring the bpm. Just be sure to fasten tightly around the wrist, especially when it’s cold. To correctly calculate the zone you need to know your max HR and manually set it. I’ve found it to miss the automatic detection of the max

I use the 180-age formula and it works for me.. I'm 32, so <148. Apple Watch calculation: 137-148
