i thought it would be fun to share quick workout routines on here! so first up for warpcast workouts is a 💥 lower body circuit 💥 1. back and forth lunges (10 reps each side) 2. lateral jumps - 10 reps 3. frog jumps - 10 reps 4. burpees - 10 reps 5. quick squat jumps - 10 reps to make it more challenging try 2/3 rounds with 1 min break in between let me know how you find it ↑

This was tough for me tbh😂my muscles started shaking right after I finished. But it's really fun to try workouts introduced by a pro athlete! Tysm for sharing🙏 700 $farther

Yes this one was tough for me too especially the burpees but well done for completing!! Tomorrow will be a core workout lets get stronger together 💪🏾☺️
