For early stage founders with small teams, what do you think is the most important and useful tool for growth marketing?

(Part I) Most important skill in growth = great writing skills. It also helps to be honest and critical of your positioning (in market + versus competitors).

(Part II) If you're in a new space or there isn't too much information out there, develop empathy and near-obsession with your target audience. Spend time with them, read what they read, speak like they speak. Then, you make bets based on data and sometimes gut-feel.

This is super helpful! How do you think you should get involved more with your audience without falling in being phony because you are a brand? Do you think is best to do it personally and then implement it in the company? Idk if I made myself clear.

Totally clear! I think it’s great to brand yourself as a founder, but not a must. There are ways to let your audience and buyers do the talking for you. See some of the channels on here like /donothing where members are doing a great job branding it.
