Am I the only one who is confused if pilates actually worksโฆ or if itโs just a remainder of all the years of strength training? ๐งโโ๏ธ

I love Pilates (specifically something called gyrotonic Pilates) for decompressing my spine and elongating the muscles. So many other exercises are compressive so this is a good balance to those activities. It also gets into the smaller muscles that donโt typically get as worked when Iโm lifting
