(Part I) There's so much more enthusiasm and free spirit in crypto than anywhere else. It's that optimism we need to take off. I also love the outspoken worldview. I always encourage regular/web2 companies to share their worldview, too. Usually too risky for them.

(Part II) Crypto/web3 knows they should pre-load value in a very crude way (people want money). However, they lack a strategy for retention and engagement beyond that. Seeing this in crypto confirms why it's so important to solve a real problem.
