Very real. I remember years ago after a Grand Theft Auto binge getting behind the wheel and having to fight back the urge to generally disobey traffic laws.

I would posit that this effect may be weird and annoying while it lasts, but probably leaves behind some freaking strong spatial skills which served us tetris ppl really well in life 😅

I get this when playing video games for a long time (like 12-14 hours). I can see it when my eyes are closed. And even sometimes when they’re open. I almost always get a migraine after this, so I try not to do it.
