A lot since we didn't know each other that well. We were really transparent with each other about our weaknesses and went in depth on them

This is a great way to evaluate a potential co-founder

We also did the co-founders 50Q with Genesis Ventures, and ever since, it's a baseline for any startup. If we don't align at core, there is no way we could work together, no matter how much we like the idea. 👏
