If helpful, when @pirosb3 and I were first discussing being cofounders (hadn't worked together before), we went over these 50 questions, did a 3 week project, talked to each other's spouse for advice. We also did the co-founders 50Q with Genesis Ventures, and ever since, it's a baseline for any startup. If we don't align at core, there is no way we could work together, no matter how much we like the idea. π
