Something I'm trying to be intentional about with building in crypto is not getting nerd sniped constantly. There are so many interesting technical and economic incentive mechanisms fun to explore that also win you points with the more dogmatic crowd but doesn't actually drive sustainable usage or revenue

why does using decentralized compute providers feel "cool" or "exciting"? it's certainly not just bc it's more annoying, you don't feel this way about salesforce integrations.

So true. There's so many shiny things popping up almost daily now, it's very hard not to go down some super interesting rabbit holes. I have to constantly re-focus myself. Exciting time to be building in the space.

Wow. Hadn't heard that term before, but can relate. I have the longest crypto to-do list. And it's so easy to get pulled toward the shiniest thing or the loudest crowd. I started having anxiety, but it's been helpful to limit screen time, touch grass and spend time aligned with my values.

So so so true. It’s also a never ending black hole of learning haha. Can suck up all your time.

Good advice. The hard part is taking that advice. But I know I should.

Frankly you may have hit on crypto’s biggest driver, and simultaneously its biggest blocker. My guess is the bottoms-up access to minute detail in this space also exacerbates this cycle, compared to the opaque nature of, say, AI.
