a lot of messages from @paybot (and @swapbot) are getting posted below the fold

it's really annoying to have to be a member of every channel to solve this as people use paybot in all sorts of channels i'm not necessarily familiar with

especially frames posted from paybot with the cast action (that don't have a bot command summoning paybot to reply)
